OTP initialization is processed after user authentication, and it may take time as it is processed after administrator confirmation.

To initialize OTP, you need to submit the following identity verification documents.

If you refer to the method below and submit the certificate documents correctly, you can process it quickly.

※ Application Form (Please fill out the details below and submit it daily along with the attached file.)

  • Attachments

    1) A photo of ID with a note attached to the request (refer to the photo below)

    2) Frontal photo taken with memo attached ID (see photo below)

    ※ ID card is valid only for ID card within 3 validity period: resident registration card, driver's license, and passport.

    ※ When taking a photo of your ID, cover your personal information with a post-it, etc. and take a photo
    (Refer to the photo below, do not edit with an image editing program such as Photoshop)

    ※ Required content to fill in the memo
